Introduction: Airtight sealing of the root canal is foremost desirable result any treatment, but getting perfect filling always problematic, which could be due to multiple reasons. One such majorly reason impacting obturation sealer utilized. Objective: The present study was done for evaluating microleakage in zinc oxide eugenol cement (ZOE) and epoxy resin-based (AH Plus) sealers using linear dye leakage method. Methods: This in-vitro used twenty-two extracted human single mandibular premolar teeth comprising 2 groups (11 each), where evaluation were ZOE sealer, AH Plus. All samples once cleaned, shaped obturated soaked methylene blue forty-eight hours with two millimeter (mm) exposed apex. then split into halves inspected under a stereomicroscope microleakage. generated data statistically analyzed an independent t-test SPSS version 11.
